HELP DESK SUPPORT POLICY: Premium Support Customers, and Transactor Trial users will be given priority handling with response times ranging from immediate to two working hours. As a courtesy we will provide limited simple assistance to unsupported customers with an un-guaranteed response time of 1 to 5 working days.
